Aryka is banned by ZOE

First, i want to say hello here in this forum. Thanks to let us play before. Now I would like to ask the reason of what ARYKA was banned by ZOE in Kursk  today at 12:00 am.

I am cheacking the rules:
                                   Basic rules infractions that you may be banned or kicked for:



Too much cussing. (ranting)

Excessive insulting of other players.

Using the N word in any way.

Team killing. (Running people over)

Door blocking.

Excessive false accusations of hacking.

Smoking your teams spawn or 88’s.

Too much spamming of random stupid crap.

Typing in all Caps (Yelling)

Ignoring an admin when they are asking you to do something.

Hacking. (Walling, aim bots, No or reduced recoil, config files changing, ect.)

Going off map. (usually at Kursk)

Too much trolling.

Racism.

Blowing up unoccupied tanks that belong to your team.

Trying to find loop holes in the rules to what the general behavior is accepted in the server.

Insulting Historians admins or server.



Where in that text says: YOU WILL GET BANNED BECAUSE OF TEAMSTACKING? Without not sense he banned her. She always plays with me. Anyone said anything before, and second we always choose the team who is loosing. ZOE was loosing, and I know he did it without sense at all. Then in bad way he like God treat very bad to me even saying that I will get ban too.... for what? We like to play here, is too much fun and good people. We didnt breake any rule. One time I was kicked because i was smoking one Guy who is Claus because I think that is stupid and unfair to sapwnkilling all game... but I undertood that i cant smoke this 88.mm. Ok today as I said before Aryka was kicked first....without even explanation...when she rejoined... she was banned.... for what? she asked. Anybody answered  to her. So say me ZOE then you won, then you feel ok in first position?  I like as I said Lipton way to give advertences to us.... but you was hiding and without advice you banned her. I am so really upset about this. And which rule we broked in playing together?... WHICH ONE!!!! we always do that... so if you are for fair game.. Just unbanned her.

obviously fox was not messing with ARYKA for the fun of it... u cant tell me he had absolutely no clue what was going on... if you do not understand the above rule, basicly it means u cant say " well technicaly fox said dont team stack so we did nothing wrong "

So do you think that Aryka and Nazareno cant play together... because this is Teamstacking? we are so good? and even with that ping that we have? PLEASE.... all the time as I said we are join the loosing team. But I cant believe that even Fox couldnt say for what he kicked her before to bann her.... because she asked and Any Admin answered anything. So Fox... Couldnt you answer her for what you kicked before to bann her?

There is a thread in the admin section, which you cannot see Naz, made by another admin who told the rest of us to keep an eye out for your friend Aryka because he/she was talking trash about the servers and the admins. This was documented and they were both warned by that admin to keep quiet and leave if they didn't like the server. That was a strike.

Now, today at Kursk was just stupid.

When I see this, it annoys me:

The server is configured to balance teams in a way that it can't be exploited and keep them the same number, yet your friend Aryka seemed very determined to get past that judging by how many times he/she kept trying to join the Russians, yet kept getting put on German. Finally Aryka succeeded, but I thought to myself, "You know, its like this every morning, every day...the usual Europeans stacking and making the game less than fun." So, I booted him/her back into spectate.

Upon that happening, Aryka left and rejoined and did it all over again before once again getting put on the team he wanted, rather than the team that the game had tried to put him on. So, with the knowledge that Aryka was already in hot water for running his mouth, and then for not heeding my request to just play on the team that the server put him on, I decided that a little two day vacation would be nice. You guys play this game too much anyways.

You're a nice person Naz, very polite, very attentive, very aware. That's respectable. But your friend lacks that.

Also, its not very mature of a thread title to just call out the person you 'think' temp banned your friend. There were three admins on, not just one.

Yep, sorry also but I am going to have to agree with the:

-Ignoring an admin when they are asking you to do something- Not the first time by the way for Aryka

The boot to spec mode was a definite signal to stop and ask "what am I doing wrong" in this situation.

After checking it does look like it is just a temp ban so look at it as a lesson learned. Bad timing
I know with the New Year holidays and most likely plenty of free time to play, but there it is.
I agree with the call that was made.

Not sure But I think they Share a CD key, that's why Naz might be more pissed then normal, I have another cd key I can give to you Naz so you don't have to share a ban.

Good afternoon and I wish you a New Happy year!!!!
I want to answer to D4 (I think one guy who helped me and helps this COD UO game stay alive yet, and in fact I admire him so much).
And second, I dont know you and you dont know me very good yet, but I would like to say that Aryka and me never stack. When I say never is NEVER. We like to play so much together as a team. Even we are in differents rooms playing, cause we have not 2 laptops, one of it is a desktop Pc. I saw many guys playing together always even stacking (Fox friend, we have 200 of ping any guy can defeat us very fast, we always are dying a lot, even playin always in the loosing team. And so sorry, but many times i am (f... so angry) cause many guys (I could say names) started with a good team and winning, we join the loosing team, then we start to win (miracle) and game autobalance cause they left.... so what you will do in that case? 'cause so sorry but I want to see my team win!!! It is a game, but at the same time a challenge. I believe you did mistake yesterday, and now you cant go back as Admnin, and I undertand another Admins will agree with you (cause I was a part of clans) and they need to support you at any case. But again, you were so rude, even you can advice, like you use console to write anything, you could advice to Aryka even before to kicked her out, cause we always play together as I said before.

Thanks for your words, I think you are a good person too, and you care this server runs very nicely. One more thing, wasnt mature of my part to say the name of Admin in this thread.... but is not mature from you say that we are playing a lot COD OU cause is our decision what we will do with our free time and let everyone Knows that, cause I am not saying what you need to do with your free time.

If here we are not welcome anymore, just let me know here in Pm if you want or in this thread and we will not enter anymore.

Hello and Happy New Year to everybody,

I know, is useless to write here something at all. But I will try. In anyway you will never accept your mistake, because U think U are always right. That is American style. U had on me your "tooth" before and you just were waiting possibility to use your power against me. First Im not a stacker. Many players like to play together, doesnt matter on which team - whinning or loosing. Naza aready explained. Second I was never talking "trash about the servers and the admins". A story was like this: On day , we were playing Foy . U decided to win this match or get it faster. My team ( american side ) had bunkers N° 1 and 3. U didnt let to defuse our 3, because of gravity mod, we were just flying and couldnt do anything, exactly on that moment when bunker was planted. Of course we lost. After this U ( admin, console ) wrote - Happy Xmas fuckers ( or something like this ). Later I asked U : " Do you think it was great and funny idea to do this ?" Silence ... and then "I have no idea what are U talking about", said U. Ignorance isnt it? Then I was continue : " It is nice to see fair admin, he like a God, and U fuckers cant do anything". Is that this my comment made you to create a post to keep eye on me? Ridiculous. And If U have another proofs of my words, why U cant post them to show how Im offending admins and servers? Of course U will not agree, that it was unfair from admin, who was playing on german side, I guess. It was funny? Yes, if everybody get flying on the start of map, but not during a game.
One more thing that U will never accept, that we - europeans and players from Latin America are better, even with high ping. I was thinking its my choice to choose a team. I was wrong, its yours. But U - very fair, polite and mature admin - U dont need to answer me, when Im asking U why U kicked me ( booted ) ,it was first time by the way in all months that Im playing there, U dont need to warn me before to ban me. U can decide to give me a holiday, because Im playing "too much anyways". Should I say about another players, who is really abusing admins and then having fun running over their team mates ( like was yesterday ). No, I shouldnt. Because he is not european or russian like me. Ah and again it is not my choice to just have a fun - playing. I need always write bullshits to get U laugh and to get your attention like person, not like a good player. A problem is that Im woman, and Im not use to talk in game about stupid things. But again, I guess, its my problem. To play with my man in one team, its my choice and I will do it. But U even didnt notice during all games, that if we are starting to play not from beginning, we are always choosing a loosing team, to have a challenge. But seems like somebody really cant understand meaning or sense of this word.
As I said, its useless to protect myself and say any opinion here. But on that U are right and Im agree on that: Who pays - is choosing music. And other have choice - to dance under that flute or just stay out.

Well, I do not know who the admin was that is being accused of all this but I would definitely like to know. I mean a anti- gravity mod ? really ?
If that is so then to be able to do that on the server to a whole team would narrow it down to just 2 that I know of and I am sorry but I just can not
see either one of them doing that. You sure about all this, is there others from that day that can throw any light on this, I mean even the language use
does not seem right for the ones I am thinking, just no way unless they were really and I mean really pissed off about something.

Yes Nazareno, they not like european an latin players, every time for a single error they ban us.
Totaly 100x100 with you.

They are blocking ip and say.."iam not know for what you are banned???".

My cd key are legal, but iam not can play here. the wrning: "You perm banned..." ¿¿¿¿ for what??
