Warned several times, kicked twice for blocking other players/smoking spawn/blocking his teams tank so they run over him.
After he reconnected after the second kick and immediately starting blocking his teams 88 on ponyri and smoking the russian spawn i decided he just didnt give a crap at that point, so temp banned to hopefully get the point across.
