Last night, I was kicked / banned by pseudo-admin #2 moon. Nothing new, nothing to complain about. He was right, I had a fight with a moron called "papillon" after he accused me of hacking and named me "gypsy". I am totally agree that such behavior (from my part) must be punished and I am not asking about unban me or something like that. Here I want to talk about moon. ( moon, now you can feel real important )


This autistic person, moon, did this in the past with me and others. Nothing new. I can explain the scheme of his actions :

- someone (usually a hater, because in |H| I have many haters for different reasons, like : taking demos with their hacks or TK and even for my replies) starts to offend me.
- I reply in the same manner or worse (my bad!)
- autistic moon is undercover (he usually says that he just joined in, right after my "enemy" offends me)
- moon sees the "opportunity" to kick me, doesn't care about who started, about the logs or what others says
- for a weak person who wants to feel powerful, autistic moon doesn't say in a nice way (like other admins usually do) like "vlad, stop, I will kick you, etc", but "moron, stop" or "asshole, stop with the shit" - such words
- I reply in the same manner or worse (my bad!)
- I get kicked / banned (wow!)

In the past, I've never seen the cleared score of the players who started to offend me and I've ended with a kick because of my replies. Why? Just ask autistic moon. 
He is the only one knowing why he doesn't kick the both players who exchange dirty words.

Next time when you'll offend me, dear autistic moon, I hardly wish you to get an irakian waking you up from your american dream.

...and try to be more mature, that with "I've joined right after" it sucks! Really. ...as much as changing your nickname before to kick me.

I'm pretty sure your brain doesn't help you in such moments and you became so gay that you can't even think straight, but this server will go down (as I said time ago and it started happening) and guess what? Then you'll be the one causing problems (like you told about me).

Please Loveless, take actions with this autistic moon. Even if his donations are important for your server, you should also know that an empty server doesn't need donations. Hard to choose, I know, but be more balanced.

I'll entertain your idiotic views and provide my own dissection of why you are the one with the problem.
Below is exactly what happened:

I was incognito as player "BLaCK" (not playing, just observing) and for 10 minutes watched you and papillon go back and forth with insults....

1. It started out innocent enough with each of you calling each other gipsys
2. You escalated the issue making comments such as "...I'll rape your sister" and "....f*ck your Mother". Regardless of WHY you replied, this is unacceptable
3. Both of you were given two warnings to cease and only papillon stopped. This player didn't say one thing after the warnings; you did and were kicked to cool you off

NOTE: Here were the EXACT words I used in console: "Vlad, that's enough....you too papi" and then "Last Warning" before your final "rape" insult and the kick

4. After returning, you had to be a cyber tough-guy and say, "Why is papillon still here?" and then, "Must be ri5k or moon having sexual relations with this girl papillon" You weren't trying to be funny, you were being a d*ck.
5. I changed my name from BLaCK to /-/moon and asked why you dragged me name into this
6. You said, "Fuck u, ban me"...your wish was granted

There was another incognito admin on at the time as well who was witness to everything that was said and done.
I just beat them to the punch when it came to kicking and then banning you.

If you think you can come in here and use the game and these forums to parade your bullsh*t and act like an innocent bystander, you're dead wrong.
Apparently, you instigate others and think you won't be held accountable.
I actually thought you were a decent guy, but I was wrong; shame on me.
The game won't suffer without you, it will go on just fine as it has done for years.
We keep the game clear of troublemakers, pure and simple; and all it does is improve the integrity of the game.

You won't change, you'll continue to play innocent and blame others for the problem.
Go somewhere else and try the same crap and see what happens.
We are lenient and you were given ample warnings, but persisted.

In conclusion, you weren't egged on, no admin was impersonating "papillon", and nothing would've happened if you kept your trap shut after the 2 warnings you were given.
See, the problem is YOU, not me, not the admins and not Historians; it's YOU!

Knowing your nature, I'm sure you will want to reply and get the last word. If you do, that's fine; it only shows you are incapable of accepting responsibility for your own actions.

1. I never, NEVER, started to talk shit with someone so everytime I was the one who replied.
I even didn't yell "hacker, cheater, etc" after being killed. WTF?! I remember now you've said I do that.
2. If it's possible, an admin can check the logs and will result that you are a lier... or better said, u hide a part of your words. What was between "vlad, that's enough" and "you too papi" ? LOL papi?!?! so sweet ! Next time I want you to call me "vladi"
3. I am a decent guy and I have respect with and for those who deserve. Have you ever asked yourself why it's only you and the other pseudo-admin #1 risk being in this situation against me? Why do I respect the rest of the admins and many other players.
4. Your offensive against me started (or amplified) when I've asked LL to put an admin from Europe and I offered my self (even if I didn't want) but the server needed to be cleaned in the EU time zone. I even PM Loveless in that time with my request, but not me to be the admin. Finally was Chrysalis and I've stopped asking about this.
5. You said that more admins are talking about me and I'm causing problems. Remember?
Dear autistic moon, how about when you've told me that I want to be an admin and I will never be? what the f?! I even didn't want. I recorded demos with hackers only for a clean server and for helping admins, not to reach to be an admin! I want to play, not to spec.
6. About raping his sister and f his mother, I don't remember, but probably I've said that. For sure I've told u "f u" right after you've said "don't f with me". What should I have replied to that? "Sorry, autistic moon, I don't want to f with u, but if it's possible... I'm in!" ?
7. I am already playing in a magyar server and made some new "friends", including admins and the head of the server.. and guess what? I behave like always. I don't kiss buts for this. Respect for those who deserve and disrespect for the rest.
Can you believe in that magyar server, Kamikaze(HUN) entered and started to talk shit (like always) with me and he was kicked? A magyar guy being kicked from a magyar server while I was a new player there ...and more than that... romanian!
In the same situation I was in |H| when Sgt.Pete started insulting me, I've replied to him and you... you dear autistic moon, kicked me. Twice. After the second kick, I've searched for another server.
8. I was playing during all these years in : Magyar BAS, Die Lustingen BAS, SAWB BAS, Historians BAS, "no name" BAS and never had conflicts with the admins. Never being banned. Maybe you are special... and I know you are. Autistic.
9. I know the game won't suffer without me, but if I were XYZ and you were kicking Nait (for example) I would be pissed off. What kind of a game do you want? Maybe you are in a wrong game or in a wrong server.
10. For showing respect for other admins and for LL, I didn't and I wouldn't "take" any of |H| players with me and I even didn't write the name of the server above. Be sure that I can invite at least 5 players and they will come to play with me and if any of those 5 players will call other "friends" ... I'll contribute to the downfall of |H| ...but this would be a bad move from my part in front of those guys who made a nice atmosphere in |H| during years.
11. In the last week probably I've played 3 hours in |H| and : one polish player TK, another guy another time was out of map... in rest... except few players and a good talk with Tia and Schwarz, a totally kindergarden. I see how u keep the server clear of troublemakers. It was me the problem! I instigate! LOL
12. I didn't say I'm innocent, but probably the heat of your monitor affects you and don't remember my text. Look above, I won't write twice.

I just had to comment on this since the thought of what was said sickened me to my stomach and I have to vent. This picture is of a young man named Patrick:



Seems normal enough and appears to be having a great time. He is 19 years old, AUTISTIC and a friend of mine. The picture depicts Patrick at his prom last year with his friend Morgan. My girlfriend takes care of challenged people and I'm so very proud of her. Patrick is a loving, caring young man who I cannot say enough good things about. I personally find it disgusting that someone would use "autistic" in a derogatory manner. This just goes to show that people like Vlad have no concept of humanity where he would stoop so low as to try and insult me with the term autistic. My cousin was also autistic and died when he fell asleep face down on his pillow and suffocated himself. So here's you you Vlad! Way to go! I can only hope you have a physically or mentally challenged son or daughter someday, so you can experience the shame someone might endear on your family while trying to berate someone with such a term. I just wanted to point about your different way to calculate things.



While all other admins had nothing against me, admins from all those servers where I've played, you had and still have something against me without any reason... or at least you didn't mention any real reason.



While I was the one "helping" you, going in spec mode and losing my time recording hackers, uploading and posting, you were the one kicking me.



While I was the one REPLYING to some dickheads who used to offend, you were the one kicking me.



During all our chats in the server, you offended me without me to be the one starting.



You see? You are not retard, but your different way of understanding made me to think that you are autistic.



I'm not using this word in a bad way, not even close. More than that 2% (not a big sum, but this is the law) from my business incomes goes to these people. Focus on 4B. What is the difference between me going up and calling someone a retard, not because they are physically retarded, but just because they are stupid, and me having a conversation with someone and use the word cancer in a derogatory manor? In my opinion, there is none. Everyone has there own interpretation of the word retard, and some people's views on the word can be different than others, but you using cancer in a derogatory manor is no different. Using the word cancer in such a manor could insult someone just as much as autism or retard insulted you moon.

Just an FYI, I posted this because this pansy banned me for confronting him about his word choice and he couldn't take what I had to dish out.
