Everyday someone starts on a team and goes to spec thereby disabling the team auto balance. Every day. It gets frustrating seeing a team with 2 or 3 more players and the new players go to that team. Is there nothing that can be done to alleviate this?

Not sure that really disables it...That is a Friction question I think...

Maybe disable isn't the right word. What happens is two things...
1. the autobalance won't enable while the suspected spec'er is still in spec.
2. new players joining will go to the opposite team the suspected spec'er was from.
There is no 'fix' to prevent this that I know of. What I used to do was warn the perp and if no response then kick out of game. No harm, no foul because that player wasn't playing anyway.
It's more of an admin thing
