Just got my GTX 680 SC today, am very pleased! Still want to get an SSD before i decide to overclock the CPU. Ignore the date on the pics, the camera doesn't have rechargable batteries and am too lazy to keep setting the date when i put new batteries in.

Check out this ultra cheap gamer I built. Surprisingly it's pretty quick. Bought these pieces over the course of a month as they became on sale and checking deal sites. Board: ECS H61H2-M2 $18 (Newegg) Chip: Intel G530 $35 (Frys, price match from Microcenter) Ram: G.SKILL Sniper Low Voltage Series 8GB $50 (Newegg) Wasn't on sale Burner: SAMSUNG 22X DVD Burner $15 (needed a SATA one) (Newegg) GFX: GTS 250 $0 (had from other comp) (Tigerdirect) Cooling: Stock $0 Case/HD/PSU: Existing from other comp $0 Price: $118. Little worried about that cheap ECS but for $18 I was willing to take a chance.
