im seeing last 15 day lag and high ping problem any problem in server ,i check my internet but its all is ok

We can help a little if you give us some computer specs:
What OS are you running?
What are the specs on your computer:
....CPU? GPU? RAM? PSU?
There are in-game tweeks with options that can help too.

For the last 3-4 days, I've had the same problems. I am running W7 Ultimate 32 BIT, 2 GB RAM ( It says 1GB is usable)  Intel Pentium Dual CPU E2180 2GHz GeForce 8400 GS |

Anything "ping" related can almost always be traced to network issues and not to the application or OS.
