Below is what I gathered from these DEMOs
DEMO #1: PANZER
27:35 - Suspicious kill on the bridge near the German spawn
This does seem like he's walling because the enemy was 'unseen' through the scope and was too far away to be spotted otherwise
25:35 - He was unable to track the enemy through the base
At best, he was guessing where the enemy would be exposed for his next shot; although the clipping of the two base walls may have interfered with his hack vision
24:50 - He moved to avoid the tree branches to line up his scope for another shot
This is atypical for someone who is walling, but again may be related to two clipped objects being in the way of his hack vision
DEMO #2: PANZER2
20:36 - Throws a grenade toward an otherwise hidden enemy
This does seem like he's walling because of how he anticipated the enemy's approach
20:13 - Fires aimlessly through a tree
This may have been an enemy he was firing at, but I also will fire randomly through trees to see if I get a tag on someone
19:34 - Appears to have tracked the jeep through the tree
It's possible he was aware of this jeep as it passed from one side of the tree to the other
In my opinion, he is walling. But in his defense, he sucks with a scope and a tank and probably needs the hack to keep up.
His reactions are slow and his approach to the game is lethargic at best. The next time he is online however, he will be banned.

I was watching him on Kursk and he was again making suspicious shots. In lieu of the DEMOs and what I witnessed, he was temp banned.
BTW, his ping was around 250+, so this explains his late reactions to gameplay.
