For banned

Hi guys,

I was playing today on Kursk in quite a hairy situation, and putting quite a bit of effort in with lipton and smilin bob while russians were pinned at r3 rear spawn. After bob and I managed to defeat another plant attempt i was kicked. I then rejoined on the opposite team. I expressed concern that the console, as a role that is annonymous and occupied by different people on duty as admins, could be abused by someone with penile dysmorphic disorder. I was then temp banned for speculating penile dysmorphic disorder may have played a role in the reasoning for my ban, considering I, with a couple others, was succeeding in promoting cooperation in the Russian team and with bob and lipton successfully holding off the German attack.

Could someone clear up why I was banned please?

I was kicked. I then speculated on the reasoning for it, and was temp banned. I hope it is a temp ban at least.

I was playing during your little rant. Speculating on the fact you called out the Historians admins as all having small penises, I can't blame the admin for banning you. That kind of crap will bring a ban every time. It goes without noting however, that a repeat of what you did yesterday would result in a perm ban next time.

It was before you had signed on ri5k, I remember the battle well, it was very intense and
as you can guess some tempers did get a little high, especially on the Russian side as many of
our supposed team mates just gave up after the second base went up early on in the match.

I have to admit that Mctrol and Bob did a outstanding job holding the Germans off our last
base and defusing when they did get in while I and a few other team mates who had not given
up had some intense battles on our flank as the Germans came flooding down the hill.

There was a lot of banter and jibes going back and forth but I cannot remember the details.
The only one that really stood out for me was when someone called a player a very vile word
That I just cannot stand. I did stop fighting for a bit then to express my displeasure in that.
It is what I will call the “C” word. I really hate that word, but I do not believe Mctrol would have
Used that even in the worst case scenarios.

Mctrol, I have for the most part found you to be a very good team minded player and I like that.
I always enjoy being on teams that have that kind of player instead of the loners that are only
after a high score. My advice to you is to serve out your temp ban with grace and when you get back
on always remember that if you have a problem with a admin just ask them in a respectful way
why they did what they did and never , ever, insult them, they do a very good job on this server in
my opinion, and are very lenient. So when your temp ban is over come back on and I will have your back
in battle as always.. Lip

I should have been there to give my 2 cents in, giving you advice to respect the Historian server and its rules.
McTroll, its best if you just learn from this mistake and come back to the server when your temp ban is over.

Indeed this is true. I am sorry if the admins feel I was accusing them all of penile dysmorphic disorder. Like I said, I was speculating on a bad apple abusing the anonymity of console. To be honest I thought it would be more funny than serious speculating on the possibility of such a disorder being involved. Who really knows if it was eh?
