So...
All of a sudden I can't select the key that I want to use for sprint.
Running a Macbook Pro Retina 13" Core i5 8GB Ram 256GB SSD Intel Iris GFX, 1GB
I'm running call of duty on a Virtual XP Machine (via Parallels Desktop). 2 of my 4 cores 4GB Ram 512MB GFX
It's been working absolutely fine until just now:
I use the command key as sprint as it is next to the spacebar, otherwise I'd use whichever other key is next to the spacebar. Suddenly, call of duty won't recognise it at all...
Tried deleting my mp config and all the usual fixes...
It's happened after I installed CoD Radiant and copied some files for that, but it shouldn't make a difference?
You can't imagine how frustrating this is...

Yes, I can imagine; but I'm not quite sure what you mean by "command key".....

On mac keyboards we have a funny extra key, I guess it's in place of the windows key and it's called command,
Bottom left goes like this: Function, Control, Alt, Command, Space

If you manually assign it, do you have the same problem?

Yeah, it's a nightmare, I'm managing to get used to it now but it still hinders a bit. At least I can play the game again so I won't complain!
