Man, I really hate to say it but if Moons idea did not help it looks like it is reinstall time onto your new hard drive with win 7 only. Then you can try and retrieve any files you need off your old drive. (This is why everyone should backup your files every couple of weeks)...lol FYI, if you do want a dual boot system make sure you install XP first on one drive then add a second formatted drive to install Win 7 on cleanly. That way when you start your system each time you will get a menu up asking what OS you want to boot from, I did that for about a year until I was sure about Win 7.. www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/8057-dual-boot-installation-windows-7-xp.htmlStart with "When XP is Installed First" and go to #3 "3. To Use a Separate Hard Disk Drive than the XP Drive"

Well, the thing is I don't want Dual Boot. I don't have it now; never prompted for OS, goes right to Win7. Not sure why all of a sudden this is a problem. Why it's looking for NTLoader I don't know. Grrr.

you should just do a clean install on your SSD, then use your old drive as a back up drive
after you do a clean install on your SSD, you will be able to retriev data from your other drive when you connect it. make you connect the original drive after you finished installing your SSD.

Well, I got it to work. Joy!
A bios setting was wrong. Not sure how I changed it, but it's working now. I used the software Lip suggested and cloned the drive. Boots using the ssd now. Super fast. All my drives and data are there. Good news.
I started up coduo for a couple minutes. My fps is really really low. 50-60 fps. It used to be way higher. I tried the cg_maxfps 0 command and no change. I think that's it. I Didn't get an error when I entered so Im sure it took. Ping is around 48-50.
I used to get around 200+fps. I can't remember what things I changed to get it. Any suggestions on settings for the new card? Thanks a ton for all the help!!!

go to options and then go to performance or something like that, either way, what u wanna find is ::: Sync all frames = no
make sure you have the latest video card drivers!!!!
and also its com_maxfps 333, not CG_maxfps

Did that. Drivers are latest. Corrected maxfps. Still only getting around 100 fps and tons of lag when things explode. Any further suggestions on things I could check? Thanks.

dang, im not sure what the issue could be. i'd say the last resort is to do a clean install on your PC rather than cloning or whatever u did
