I want to buy a new computer for my brother.He's 20 years old.Just to add that he likes to play the latest games on max settings.Now I will ask you for advice.Here's the list:
Processor:Intel Core i7-4770S 4-Core 3.1GHz or AMD FX-4350
Video Card:Nvidia GeForce GTX 780 Inno3D HerculeZ 2000 Edition or AMD Radeon HD 7950 Sapphire 3GB Boost Edition
RAM:Vengeance® — 16GB Dual Channel DDR3 Memory Kit or Dominator® with DHX Pro Connector — 1.5V 16GB Dual Channel DDR3

You really can't go wrong with that setup; the i7 is a great processor and the other peripherals are very good. I think he'll be very happy with your choices.

Thank you all for the advice.But as you can see I asked you to tell me which one is better.The AMD processor or Intel.The Nvidia video card or the AMD video card and the RAM.  Thanks in advice |

Hello Venom .. I prefer the following from your listings.
Processor : Intel Core i7
Video Card : Nvidia GeForce GTX 780
On the Ram,, well..I think either would do just fine..

well the thing is that there are multiple things going on here... when you compare stuff its usualy things that are close in price  I am wondering why you are comparing These parts. AMD FX-4350 = ~ 100 Dollars Intel 4770 = ~ 300 dollars GTX 780 = ~ 300 dollars AMD 7950 = ~ 150-200? dollars you didnt post any specs on the memory sticks but looking at the names the dominator memory sticks are expensive high end memory sticks.. so i would go with the dominator ones. Vengeance = medium range priced. Dominator = EXPENSIVE I dont know all the facts so I will just give you the answer you are looking for Intel Core i7-4770S Nvidia GeForce GTX 780 Dominator® with DHX Pro Connector — 1.5V 16GB Dual Channel DDR3 Essentially what you are doing is asking which one runs faster... a tractor or a sports car.. |
