Do you believe in GOD?

Tiamat and I were talking about it. He is unsure.
never the less we didn't argue. we talked. If we can do that here that would be nice with out throwing rocks, and if you do so make sure they are tiny.
so the question is.
why do you or do you not believe in GOD?
I know many Historians don't believe in GOD, I won't say it doesn't bother me but I will never say you are going to hell
which I know many Christians do and that's just wrong!
Also wrong for a Christian to believe is that he/she is higher then you or more valuable.
My first subject is. 90 Percent of our founding fathers believed in GOD. that's when America was strong. Why don't you?

I do in a sense, but not the force-fed sense. I believe in spirituality, and yes, God does play a role, but not to the extent that we perceive in society as the masses. Some good things have come out of my belief. I take what I need to lean on, and move on. This approach works for me, in the end, there is no right and wrong to your personal choice in why you do or not, if it works for you, and doesn't violate any basic tenets in our society, then it works for you.

For a long time, I was a very black and white person. As I grow older, I see that many shades of gray will work as well.

Well, without "faith"; society as a whole would suffer greatly. Faith is an intangilbe; something few people understand unless talking about a person's "beliefs". They are quite different, sometimes used interchangeably; but perhaps similar in many ways. So perhaps the questions should be, "Do you have FAITH in a God?" instead of "Do you believe in God?" I, for one, do both!

When I was younger I was rebellious and got into the occult. I was (am) a metal head musician and got into the occult as a goof basically. Out of that, I and others close to me found proof without doubt that there is more to life then just the physical. Once I realized that I started looking for answers, the "meaning" of life and discovered there was a better way. I have seen God's guidance throughout my life.
God meaning Jesus, the bible etc...

Yes that's it's true from what I heard beer will be back maybe not full time but he is back. He's journey destroying the darkside of the force is complete(not really) and now he has his pending call for duty
