I downloaded it off of the internet and its all in russian so its getting very annoying, plus the damn silent sten file is not working

I don't think this is the full version of the Game But, after you download it replace the English pak files from the Main folder with your old ones, aswell replace the English pakuo files in the UO folder with your old ones.
