Hello!
I got my new PC, new things etc etc and after I've installed COD there's like 12312321 issues poppin up.
Issue number 1: Can't use Nvidia Shadowplay to record my gameplay. Only way to make it working is to capture the desktop then tab back to the game, however it's too laggy when recording desktop so it's barely playable. Help please.
Issue number 2:
Can't adjust brightness (properly)
Can only set brightness up to some ammount, game is bright but things are still too dark so certain locations are barely visible.
Help please.
Issue number 3.
DEMO and config files.
I do have config, I do have demos, somewhere, hidden. Only god knows where are these files cause they surely ain't in my CoD directory, not even as hidden files. Windows searching also dosen't help. Even knowing the exact demo file name windows search dosen't find anything. Also according to windows there's no file such config.cfg on my PC. Maybe god has these files wirelessly clouded? Perhaps?
Help me.
Cheers!
Whity

did you try editing your config file to help that brightness? I had the same issue in the past, just change seta r_overBrightBits from 1 to 0. Make sure you're editing the right config file if you have more than one, custom servers use their own config files.

I tried to use Shadowplay in the past but gave up because I could never get it to work. If you are looking to switch to something else you could try Open Broadcast Software.

I use shadowplay often to record stuff and, trust me, I've tried resolving this issue myself. It records games in a darker setting than it should, and no one seems to know how to remedy it. However, once you've uploaded any video you've made to youtube, you can enhance the brightness with youtube's own video editor. Its a piece of cake.

Gway bai . Nothing actually works with cod uo. Bandicam, Fraps, Action, Dxtory, d3dgear, OBS, all of em are just crashing my game. Bloody goddamn game. Gotta write a letter to nvidia asking em for Call of Duty support. Greetings from the paddyland.

I've used Fraps with success and there are plenty of (*cough*) free applications out there to try.

What are these free applications to try then? Shadowplay was supposed to be superior and it's free (as long as u buy a GTX 5+ GPU which costs 50$+). Anyways, fraps does fuck all like. Crashes my game like anything I've tried, by the way fraps has a HORRIBLE compression rate, 1m video is 1GB. And yes, I use 4k screen.
