Cd key in use?

So I haven't logged on here for years, I am surprised I remembered my log in lol. Me and my brothers, Chuck Norris, and Floki, play together on the server every now and then. Recently I got on to play with Floki and it said my cd key was already in use, so I entered my key to be sure and I got a "permanently banned" message. I tried again this morning, about 4 days later and I get the "cd key in use" message whether I enter it in or not. Any suggestions? I don't remember my email for this account so my responses may be slow. Thank you.
