Got new PC up and running with latest version win 10, and have uo running in compat mode for win xp.
Main menu is all weirded with menu options showing funky, everything says like MENU_MULTPLAYER or MENU_SETTINGS.
Anyone ever seen this?
Too tired to research right now.

I have this issue when installing the (US) steam version with a german steam account.
Could fix it with renaming the language files.

When I first started playing again during the pandemic my menu is all funky too. It lags and takes me around 5mins just to move to mouse to join a game. I see others saying they're having the same issue on the steam board.

Hi all i cannot start cod Uo on my windows 10 pc , error reads "2 sound files are missing or in a bad format"
any help would be really appreciated

I would re install the game and then you shouldn't have a problem.

What CB said and remember to install the last version updates.. 1.5 I think 🤔 it is.. I am sure some one will follow up if I have the wrong #...
