hi guys,
every time when i start my game i need to deleted mp_foy_withcars.pk3 - its really annoying .. so its possible to deleted from root? idk why it is needed?!

Hoi! Interesting you managed to find which file caused it with that error code. Tbh I have no idea what that file is, (to me it seems like custom map file) nor which map/server require that file.
Nevertheless, seems like Historians server will download it every time you join, but you can still play without it (at least for some maps). So, before someone smarter tells what to do, you could delete that file and disable “allow downloading” in the multiplayer options. I assume you will get error message when the map which require that file comes, but at least it’s a start.
Or maybe try run cod as administrator, don't know how that would makes sense with the file mp_foy... file, but with the error code maybe…
Other maybe fix which I can come up with, would be uninstalling cod and after that deleting all cod files you can find and installing again. Don’t copy any files to fresh installed cod (part from configs maybe) and let the servers download all the files again.
