I just happened to be awake, saw your post, hopped into the server while he had scoped mosin nagant, and got all the proof I needed without watching the demo. Banned for now. Probably stick for a week or so considering it was just a no recoil and nothing serious like walling or aimbotting. I'm not sure how many times he's been banned before though, so that may change things. Perhaps another admin would know.
